Continuous improvement of the quality
We are committed to a process-oriented approach to continuously improve our performance. The management provides the resources and structures. The quality management system is an integral part of the overall management system and is regularly monitored in this context.
Improvement of and adherence to the processes
Being aware that every performance is the result of a process, we strive to standardize and control such process to ensure a sustained high level of quality, with the focus being the processes that directly influence the critical success factors. The processes are subject to systematic and overall management, review and improvement. The products, systems and services manufactured and sold by us are manufactured and tested according to defined processes. The plants, machinery, vehicles, equipment and PPE are regularly maintained to ensure a failure-free workflow.
Staff awareness
The quality awareness of all employees is geared to customer orientation, customer satisfaction and error prevention.
Each employee assumes the responsibility for the quality of their work and has the duty to perform first-class work.
The employees are enabled to recognize and understand customer expectations, to analyze customer perceptions and to enhance customer satisfaction.
They are empowered and motivated to further improve the operational performance along the value chain from external suppliers to our customer. Accordingly, the personnel is systematically supported through regular instructions and training and supported in their further education, to enable them through continuous advanced training and professional development to create added value for the customers and our company based on their commitment and expertise.

Involving customers

Commitment of externals suppliers (suppliers and contractors)
External suppliers acting according to the principles of partnership and supplying products, plants and services that meet our quality standards are preferred. Wherever possible, external suppliers using a management system are preferred.
By integrating external suppliers into our management system, we involve external suppliers in terms of quality improvement and optimization of our overall processes to ensure top-quality products and services.
Established suitable selection and assessment procedures make sure that the external main suppliers support this quality policy.
Contacts with authorities and interested parties
We cooperate with authorities openly and actively. We promote a honest communication with all interested parties striving for a trusting relationship.
